Please read 1-12 prior to placing an order

  1. Please be sure of size & suitability before placing your order.  All items from this website are made to order - refunds are NOT offered with all made to order garments. For ready to wear, refunds will be given for any reason providing items are returned unworn within 7 days
  2. Measurements are given on each garment. Please bear in mind when ordering ~ If you select 'wishful' measurements rather than actual measurements, your clothing may not fit properly!
  3. The Distance Selling Regulations give consumers certain rights.  However, please note that once a fabric is cut and supplied to you as a custom made item [i.e. it is cut to your size & colour specification], as a custom made item cut to your specification you do not have the right to return it, if it is unsuitable. This does not affect your statutory rights under the faulty goods act.
  4. Exchanges or refunds are only offered with good reason (faulty - or not as described/pictured) providing items are returned within 7 days of purchase in unused condition. This applies to all made to order items. Please take into account colours may vary slightly from computer monitor to monitor. If you are at all concerned with colours or quality of fabric please request a fabric sample free of charge.
  5. For ready to wear, refunds will be given for any reason providing items are returned unworn within 7 days.
  6. All clothing designs copyright BigBeautifulBarbaraBrown2008- it is an offence to copy pictures or designs from this website without permission from the owner -
  7. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the sender.
  8. For items lost or damaged during transit a claim form will be issued and monies claimed from the Royal Mail ~ this process may take upto 4 weeks.
  9. Washing & care instructions are provided with every garment.  Please follow them to ensure durability of item.
  10. BigBeautifulBarbaraBrown.com WILL CLAIM ANY ITEMS LOST IN POST AND REFUND YOU.
  11. All claims for lost or damaged items in the post should be conducted via The Royal Mail
  12. ALL ITEMS ARE POSTED SPECIAL DELIVERY FOR YOUR PROTECTION AGAINST LOSS/DAMAGE.
  13. Standard delivery takes 2 - 4 WEEKS however during VERY busy periods please allow up to 6 WEEKS.
